I, like all of you, am a big fan of Harry. Like most, I first heard of him through the "When Harry Met Sally" soundtrack. Ever since that time I was hooked. I have had the pleasure of seeing him perform on at least a half dozen occasions. In Toronto, we have a small performance hall called Massey Hall which maybe holds about 5,000 people. We also have Exhibition stadium where he has performed before 20,000. I much prefer the smaller, more intimate Massey but in either area he is the ultimate performer. One of the most memorable was at Massey. A couple of years ago he had just finished recording "The Bare Necessities" (recorded in Toronto) and performed it live for the first time that night. Additionally, the "Trio" album was released around the same time but for this performance he added a fourth member. Harry mentioned something about a quartet but I have yet to see any releases under that title.

I have also had the pleasure of meeting Harry (and Jill, his beautiful wife) on a few occasions. He is always sincere and the perfect gentleman. A great guy and a great musician, I can't wait to hear what he does next. I'll checxk back in a couple of weeks and tell of some other stories (Harry on guitar!). Cheers!
