Hello! My name is Lori J. Lethcoe. My experience happened while
I was a student at the University of Florida. I had missed
seeing Harry years ago when he played a gig in Des Moines,
Iowa. Then, I heard that he was coming to UF and there was no
way that I was going to miss seeing him again. A friend of mine
was crazy about Harry too so we vowed to do whatever it took to
get good seats. We spent the night outside of the place where
tickets were being sold and ended up with third row seats in
the orchestra pit!! We were thrilled, but we were even happier
when we got to the concert and everyone in our section stood
up--this allowed us to move up and stand right next to the
stage for the whole show!!! I was also overjoyed when the
guitar player threw out one of his picks and I caught it! It
was a wonderful concert--of course. Harry and his band are not
only talented musicians, but wonderful showmen too. It's great
to know that they are out there for the love of their music and
to share their excitement with others. I hope that Harry and
his band will grace us all with another tour very
soon!
